The St. Louis Cardinals were already injury-plagued in 2011. This is turning into a 100-year flood.
Albert Pujols, the face of the franchise, is out for four to six weeks with a broken forearm, a break just above the wrist. They're fortunate it wasn't in the small bones of the wrist, because that injury would have been a season-ender.
